I rate my stay a 1 due to the housekeeping staff being dishonest. I accidentally left my prescription eye glasses in the room. I called the same day I checked out, and the person at the front desk said they couldn’t find it and to call the next stay when the Housekeeping supervisor returned. I called the following day, and was told the housekeeping supervisor was off, but no one turned in my glasses. I told the person on the phone, i was concerned because I know i left my glasses and whoever cleaned the room wasn’t being honest. The person on the phone said they would leave the housekeeping supervisor a email, and they would call me. As of today, no one has called and the staff is saying they didn’t find my glasses. I am a very loyal customer of Marriott, and i am highly disappointed of the dishonesty of the housekeeper staff. I have called Marriott Corporate office to file a formal complaint and case .
